Terms & Conditions
Order Cancellations & Revisions: All cancellations and revisions must be faxed to Wooly Bully no later than 21 days after the purchase order date.
Claims: Claims for shortages, shipping errors or damages must be reported to Wooly Bully within one week of shipment receipt. Wooly Bully reserves the right to deny claims made after that time.
Returns: All returned merchandise, defective or non-defective, requires a Return Authorization Number issued by Wooly Bully. Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and is returned for credit only.
Shipping: All shipments are FOB Denver. We ship in the following 30-day windows:
7/1 order 8/1 complete
8/1 order 9/1 complete

- This purchase order is firm & all sales/orders are final.
- Terms are COD, Credit Card and Pre-Pay unless credit has been approved.
- Invoices not paid with our stated terms are subject to a 1.5 percent monthly service charge.
